Whether you're watching your budget or simply like the social aspects of working out in a class you'll find our Group Reformer Classes to be super fun and super effective. Group Classes are 50 minutes long and limited to 8 people. We strongly recommend reserving your space by clicking here. Walk-ins are welcome just be advised that there may not be space for you.
Special Notes:
Group Reformer Classes, although designed to both accommodate beginners and challenge the advanced members, can be difficult and even dangerous for those over 50 years old and those will serious physical limitations, injuries, poor sense of balance or difficulties with coordination.
Reservations. When you reserve a spot online for a group class we will hold that spot for up to ten minutes once class begins.
