The Satori' Fitness Method is our updated version of the Pilates Method. It's based on the well grounded principles of Joseph Pilates and incorporates the teachings of modern day fitness authorities. Early on in our training it became apparent that the needs and desires of Joseph Pilates' clients were considerably different than ours today. His typical client came to him for rehabilitation - not body shaping or sports performance. The vast majority of today's fitness clients want to improve how they look and feel and traditional pilates training just doesn't deliver the look and performance our clients desire.

Let's face it, traditional Pilates was established before radial tires and microwave ovens. The men and women of today have extremely high expectations of what they want to look like and how they want their body to perform. We've updated Joseph's method to meet the needs of today's client. Our staff is continually working on new ideas and methods with the simple goal of serving you best.
